Gentle Hatha Yoga In-Person
This gentle Hatha yoga class is ideal for all skill levels including beginners. This class is designed to nourish both body and mind. Gentle movements, mindful breathing, and relaxing meditation are offered to promote peace and find balance within. Dress in comfortable clothes, bring water and a yoga mat or towel. Free and open to the public.
