Recipes and Reads Culinary Lab: Sancocho In-Person
Gather around the table every second Tuesday of the month, to learn about food preparation techniques, different ingredients and the culture behind a dish when joining Recipes and Reads. Participants will have the chance to enjoy what is made until supplies lasts. Open to the public and intended for adults. This project was funded under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act from the Institute of Museum and Library Services. Florida’s LSTA program is administered by the Department of State’s Division of Library and Information Services
