Qigong In-Person

Reduce stress and relieve joint and muscle pain with qigong (pronounced chee-gong), an ancient Chinese practice that uses gentle physical movements, mental focus and meditation to improve well-being. Certified instructor Ann Minoff will lead the classes. Qigong will be held Wednesdays, through April 30.
