S.T.R.E.A.M.: Math with No-Sew Family Beanies In-Person
S.T.R.E.A.M. is an interactive multi-literacy program that integrates Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Art, and Math concepts aimed at developing innovation, imagination, critical thinking, and problem solving. School age children are introduced to the building blocks of one or more S.T.R.E.A.M. learning concepts through exploratory hands-on activities in a fun and educational environment.
During this S.T.R.E.A.M. program, families and teens will practice measurement skills and learn how to make a fleece beanie without sewing. This program is open to ages 8 and up. Caregivers are encouraged to participate alongside children 5th grade and under, while teens may participate independently. Reservations are required.
S.T.R.E.A.M.: Math with No-Sew Family Beanies is co-sponsored by the Friends of the Ormond Beach Regional Library.
